When there is no sound
- Press Play; browsers may require a click before starting audio.
- Check Zamar’s mute control, player volume and your device output.
- Check whether the browser tab is muted.
- Check your connection, then try the recording again.
Understanding previews
Signed-in listeners may encounter 30-second previews. Published Ospo releases use delivered audio; discovery reference releases use the Grace demonstration recording. Seeing an artist or artwork does not mean every recording is available.
Video playback
Use the video player’s controls to pause, resume and adjust playback. Restored playback can remain paused after a refresh until you press Play. The same browser and account are needed for locally remembered progress.
Report a playback issue
Include the artist, release link, device, browser and any visible error when contacting support. Say whether the issue happens on one recording or several.
